Such pretty outside Tearoom with areas for shelter out of the wind or rain. A must visit tea room - Good Value and great carrot cake. Free Parking 15 min drive from cabin Address: The St, Litlington, Polegate BN26 5RB

Victorian Tea Gardens within a pretty garden, set back from the road. Local homemade cakes, scones, sandwiches etc. They do not have a website but they can be found on facebook if you wish to enquire.
