Another Mexican place owned by 2 Americans, but still excellent! The menu here is composed of big plates of nachos coming with different toppings(vegetarian option available) . I have never been disapointed by this place. The cocktails are prepared with care and will surprise your palet!

The name originated from the green parakeets that fly everywhere in Amsterdam. Only nacho dishes are served at Parakeet. Oh, and cocktails. Not just any nachos, but a choice of no fewer than four different dishes in different portions. From 'mexican pulled pork', to 'chorizo-spiced cauliflower', 'spicy chipotle chicken' and '9-hour beef chili'. Phew, we can't choose now... In addition, there are 11 different cocktails on the cocktail menu, three of which are alcohol-free. This tent is the perfect place to catch up with friends, but also an original spot for the ultimate date night if you ask us...
