At the beginning of the market (from our house) you’ll find a great bakery and a cheese-and-meet stand for good breakfast. We come here almost every day.
Also different kind of snacks to try on the marker. At the end (cross the kinkerstraat) you will find the Tyros Libanees foodcar. Falafel, halloumi, köfte hmm all great! Boer Geert for nice sandwiches; for example the philly cheese steak. Turkisch snack Gözlem also nice to try. And a hidden gem if you like Surinam/Hindu food visit Rustem. It's a little supermarket behind the stalls. Great sandwiches: sandwich Pom (broodje Pom), baka bana, roti.

For many the best Italian ice cream in town. When the sun is shining and the temperature is rising, there is a very long queue! But worth waiting!
