This was a true vacation. Some places are pretty - this one was gorgeous and super comfortable. The space was so accommodating to us as a family - the rooms to sit, the outdoor table, the upstairs deck, the pool table. I will savor always these memories. The pool table converts to a large table and we had our meals there. The upstairs deck with the fire pit was heavenly - we could hear the ocean. The kitchen has what you need - we were able to have 10 for dinner (local family plus those at the B&B). The beds were super comfortable and so quiet at night - again, with the windows open you can hear the waves. I would LOVE to return to this property. Very responsive management and let us check in early which was so helpful! Thank you for truly a rejuvenating stay!

Spencer’s place was is a very peaceful and beautiful location. The house was very well maintained and stocked. We had everything we needed. The backyard and the hot tub were the highlight. Strong recommend!

Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

I had a wonderful stay! The location is peaceful. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

We love staying at Connor’s place every time we’re in Thousand Oaks. Always very clean, pics match the house, VERY responsive, relaxing and quiet neighborhood. We’ve stayed multiple times and never had any issues. Look forward to coming back soon.

Thx for a great stay

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

I had a wonderful stay at Victor's place in Ventura. It is in a quiet neighborhood just steps to the beach with several restaurants and shops within walking distance - Duke's in particular was a great place with good food and local flavor. The beds were comfortable and the backyard space was a real treat. I would definitely stay here again.

We’re so glad to have found this hidden gem for our Santa Barbara getaway! Not only is the entire property decorated/designed beautifully, our apartment was the perfect amount of cozy. The outdoor area is such a vibe- perfect for lounging by yourself or to have a cute picnic with friends and family. The neighborhood is walking distance to a number of restaurants and shops. We even stumbled upon a cute park one morning when we were coming back from breakfast nearby. This was one of those airbnb experiences where we wished we could’ve spent a little more time at the property and the neighborhood, rather than being out sightseeing all weekend. Natty is a very thoughtful and responsive host who went the extra mile to make our trip special; her attention to detail should be the standard for every host and location. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

We loved our stay! It was beautiful & clean. The sound machine covered up the noise of the road so we had no problems sleeping. The area is peaceful & quiet, a great place to relax.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place is as beautiful as the pictures and we loved being able to walk to the main drag with tons of restaurants and coffee shops in Montecito, as well as Butterfly beach. We enjoyed relaxing at the house and kept the windows/doors open in the afternoon for the fresh ocean breeze and enjoyed cooking dinner at the house one of the nights. The jacuzzi was lovely.

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. We had a wonderful visit! This was the perfect location for us to stay with our dog and explore the area. John and his family were so welcoming and helpful, and walking on the dog-friendly beach was the perfect way to start and end each day. We highly recommend this flat and plan to return!

My family and I loved staying here! We had everything we needed for a cozy weekend. We even brought our dogs and they loved it. The game room was a hit! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, it was about a 5-10 minute walk to the town area. I’d take a look at the map before heading for a walk since there’s no cell service. We will definitely be back, I’d love to stay here again when there’s snow!

We had a great stay at this comfortable, private, cabin that was an ideal place to spend time with family during the holiday season. Festive lights had been hung for a welcoming arrival and ambiance. The spacious kitchen and dining room and intimate breakfast nook were perfect for family meals. The spacious fruit groves around the cabin were very nice and soothing for after meals and morning strolls. Maribel and Jesus were both very attentive to any questions or requests. We highly recommend this cozy cabin and would be willing to stay here again in the future!

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful black A-frame in Frazier Park! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the thoughtful design, peaceful atmosphere, and breathtaking surroundings. The cabin itself is cozy yet modern, with stylish decor that perfectly complements the mountain setting. The high ceilings, large windows, and warm lighting made it feel like a dream retreat. The kitchen was well-stocked, everything was spotlessly clean, and the hosts clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel at home., Beyond the home, the location was ideal—secluded enough to feel like a private getaway but still close to hiking trails and local spots to explore. Whether sipping coffee on the deck in the morning or winding down by the fireplace at night, every moment here was pure magic. I can’t recommend this A-Frame enough for a serene escape in Frazier Park! I’ll definitely be back!

What started out as an escape from poor air quality and overall uncertainty due to the current LA fires, my husband and I took our infant and dog here to stay a couple nights. In our stressful situation we found ourselves on an accidental vacation and would return in a heartbeat. Due to our circumstances I needed to reach out to Octavio a few times and he was responsive, helpful and hospitable. We really appreciated this whole experience. Aside from that, the cabin was clean and cozy and the neighborhood peaceful and serene. Beautiful view, throwback board games, fireplace, plenty of blankets, comfortable clean beds & pillows. Felt right at home and we hope to visit again.

The cabin was perfect for our little family! We have a 4-year old and a 2-year old and it was enough space for us. Directions to the home were very helpful and spot on. The outside area is great for our kids as well. There was a playground. A seating area and a fire pit. The inside was cozy and it had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay! Grigor was so responsive and easy to communicate with!

We are repeat guests, and every time we come it feels like it is even better than the time before! We highly, highly recommend this space for relaxation, unwinding, watching the clouds, and family time together. The home is clean, spacious, well-described, and so comfortable. And the outside area is fabulous! Our dogs love to run in the huge fenced area, and hikes among the 45 acres are so beautiful. We will definitely be back!
