Great location but property needs maintenance. Managed by a company that only works 9-5. So they cannot be reached in the evenings. First we found a dead rodent by the front entrance downstairs. The unit was freezing, we all slept with our clothes on. We changed the thermostat but it would heat up and then temperature would turn off. We think that the company had remote access and kept turning down the heat to save money…the nights were really cold. Overall, space is large in a great location. Could be a great place, if managed better.
