I am Hispanic and bilingual, who grew up youngest of nine siblings, in a small Hispanic town NW of Phoenix. I purchased a town home in central Phoenix (close to downtown), while in graduate school, because I did not live in the suburb fighting morning or evening traffic. I wanted to reside in a diverse cultural neighborhood with ethnic restaurants, and be near the art scene.
