Absolutely loved this stay!!! The house was so clean upon arrival, plenty of extra towels and throw blankets, comfy beds, great private yard, quiet and peaceful side street right on the water. Alyssa provided super clear instructions, was super flexible, and responsive. Huge plus is a great coffee shop 2 mins down the road. Definitely plan to come back.

We had a great stay at Alyssa’s cottage! The house was clean and had lots of accommodations. Nice view over the neighbor’s house of the cove as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the property still within a half mile of the main road to access all parts of Newport Island. The fire stick tv lagged a lot when we did use it, but we didn’t spend much time inside so not a big deal as far as our stay goes. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Newport but want to avoid the crowds and noise of downtown.

We had a great stay here while in town for a family wedding. The house was perfect for our needs, very clean, and well outfitted with everything we could need.

We had a wonderful stay at Alyssa’s house. We were in town to visit Newport and we felt very at home. The house had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dogs. We will definitely be back to stay again.
