Beautiful, well designed home - just like in the photos! Eli was very friendly, responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time, especially our dog who loved running around in the woods. Eli's home was peaceful and perfect for anyone who enjoys nature. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t say enough great things about Sam’s place! We traveled here over New Years and after a problem with our original AirBnB Sam was quick to respond and even helped to get us in early, saving our entire trip! The home is the cozy, clean and modern. Located on a quiet street close to downtown, we enjoyed hanging out in the living room by the wood burning stove or in the backyard with our pups. The house was spacious with 4 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. All the rooms were spotless with comfortable beds and we felt right and home for our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone and can’t thank Sam and her family enough! Will be sure to visit again.

Stephen’s place was great. Spacious and very comfortable for our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and a dog. All was very clean and well-appointed. Beds were super comfortable. Really nice place.

This house was spectacular. Seth was great about getting back to me with any questions. We all found the property to be peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen had a lot of spices that were helpful, but be sure to bring along food storage items of your own. Every room had beautiful earthy details and the charm was endless. The amenities were incredible and the back yard view was perfect. Will absolutely be back for another stay!

Loved the location, wooded and quiet, and a short drive to Stone Ridge. The house was comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to cook in-house. Jane met us at check in and answered any questions, very responsive host. There were hiking trails nearby and there was even a park pass available to use at nearby state parks.

This was our second time staying here for a family getaway and it was better than we remembered. The hosts were so great, very responsive and helpful. It snowed a bunch while we were here and they made sure we had what we needed and a plow came to help us get out of the driveway. The fireplaces are such a cozy touch and our dog loves the big fenced yard. We will be returning again!

Wonderful host. Very clear and respectful-and in our case helped us out beautifully in a pinch. The house is very comfortable—a classic farmhouse with plenty of amenities. The record player/vinyl collection is an added bonus. The word burning stove and the dayroom it is in is a great room to lounge in, the kitchen is well stocked, and the surrounding area is very quiet and quite pretty-wonderful hemlock groves across the main road down the hill. Not far from Livingston manor and other small nice towns. Definitely would recommend and would be happy to return. Ideal for a small group getaway. And also, though it is close to a decent sized road, in the winter when we were there for 3 nights-maybe a half dozen cars. Extremely quiet in general and at night specifically.

The place was very cute, comfortable, and clean. It had a lovely deck that looked over the stream which was nice for having coffee in the morning or for reading. Overall, a very peaceful vibe. The kitchen had everything one needed for cooking, but we only made breakfast since there are so many good restaurants in the area to try. It was only a five minute walk to town and just a fun and easy place to stay in Woodstock!

Carin's apartment was cozy and clean, a perfect place to rest after your adventures. It is very close to the train tracks and there were complimentary ear plugs on the bedside table, if you need them. The sound of the train did not bother us at all but we are very used to it. Carin was very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend Carin's place for your stay in Kingston!

Can't think of a better option to the local hotels while visiting my son at Bard. Very comfortable, eclectic, and scenic - with a friendly host and the sweetest cats! Make friends with Kaboodle for free snuggles. Will definitely return next visit. Thanks Tim!

We had a very relaxing and restorative stay at the Esopus studio. The studio was very comfortable and the area was in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by forest and mountains and across the street from a creek! Alma and James were very responsive and gave great recommendations too!

The location is amazing—the house is set on a hill, which gives you a stunning view. The host was very helpful, provided clear instructions, and gave us a lot of great recommendations that made our trip even better. One of the best Airbnb experiences I ever had! it was truly a gift to be able to stay in one of its oldest homes in Kingston’s Stockade District. Walkable, peaceful, historic. The attention to detail in the home is truly exquisite. The literary scene at the bookstore around the corner was a highlight. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

The only thing concerning for me was having to go up and down flights of stairs. If you are healthy then it would be no issue for you. Also maybe have a code lock on the main entrance to avoid multiple guests not having a key. All in all is a nice place to stay. Close to downtown Poughkeepsie.

Our stay at Anjelica and John's place exceeded all expectations! The location was absolutely ideal for visiting our son at Marist College - just minutes away from campus while offering a peaceful retreat after busy days of activities. The unit itself was charming and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the record player and impressive vinyl collection—what a delightful way to unwind in the evenings! Anjelica and John were exceptional hosts, providing wonderful local recommendations that helped us discover hidden gems in the Hudson Valley we would have otherwise missed. Their restaurant suggestions were spot-on! We've found our perfect home-away-from-home in Poughkeepsie and are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for making our stay so special!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Jasmine's and Kyle's! Their home is very clean and was spacious for the 4 of us to relax and have an enjoyable time. They included a lot of nice and thoughtful touches, such as separate towels for the hot tub and even disposable slippers for outdoor use (i.e., travel back and forth from the hot tub). The kitchen is very nice, well stocked, clean. And a great location to many of the local hotspots.

Came for a 9 person family thanksgiving. House was very well laid out for cooking, eating and relaxing. Had a few issues and The hosts and manager were very responsive, especially considering we were there on a holiday weekend. Property is beautiful For walking. Fireplace is lovely and there was plenty of dried wood. Kitchen very well appointed and stocked. If you stay in the winter bring slippers and layers, especially if you are using the basement rooms.

Absolutely beautiful home! Carl and Rebecca were wonderful hosts - they were super responsive and accommodating. And their home is lovely down to all the little details, from the soft bathrobes to the warm spaces to hang out in. We had a wonderful stay at their home and would love to come back!

The house was perfect for our retreat — spacious, peaceful, and with a beautiful garden. The yoga room is fantastic and made a big difference for our group. We highly recommend it! Just one small note: be mindful with noise, as the neighbors are quite close. Other than that, everything was truly ideal for our retreat.

We had a fantastic time, the highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and it also had heating facilities making it perfect for a refreshing swim. The stay was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals when we wanted to. The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were spotless. Our host, Israel, was incredibly welcoming and responsive. He provided us with all the information we needed and were quick to address any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway for a large group of people with a great pool. We hope to visit again soon!

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable home in New Paltz. We were nine family members, ages 6-75, who enjoyed four days here after our son’s wedding. It was the perfect place to decompress from a very exciting and magical wedding weekend. The house is spacious and comfortable with a number of areas to relax and enjoy- indoors and out. The pool was a lot of fun, and the house was well provisioned and nicely decorated. It was a rare treat to find a rental house that included basic supplies such as spices, pantry staples like flour and sugar, etc. Ken was an amazing host, very responsive if we had a question and provided a great list of local resources and recommendations that was very helpful. New Paltz is a fun town with a number of good restaurants and more to do in the area than we could manage in four days. Highlights included a day trip to Storm King (fabulous!) and another day to Hyde Park where we visited the Roosevelt homestead and Vanderbilt mansion.

The place is breathtaking. Located in an incredible land with awesome trails is a marvelous house nicely decorated and amazing rooms. We had an incredible time with my family that we will remember forever. Many thanks to Paula. Always there and really helpful with everything.
