Catkin Hollow Homestead

Catkin Hollow is a friendly homestead with goats, chickens, dogs, and the occasional pig and sheep family. Views across the hollow are fantastic for sunrises. Star gazing couldn’t be more awe-inspiring. Come along and do morning farm chores with us, if you want. Or sleep in and visit the livestock with a treat later. Every booking receives goat milk soap and fresh eggs made from the homestead. Can’t get more local than that! Plus, a few regional items to make breakfast and your stay perfect.

Sunny Side Yoga Garden (pink room)

This inspired home is in the heart of the finger lakes near spectacular waterfalls and the rich culture of a Trumansburg, NY. This lovingly restored 1800s home is centered within a beautiful garden and is heated by fire. The gardens change seasonally with an array of beautiful flowers and vegetables which find their way to our urban farm stand. Tent&Yurt Camp@Sanctuary In The Woods

10 forested acres 12 miles from Ithaca. Camp small yurt w/padded floor & also at site is a dry lean-to with double bed platform inside. You are welcome to set up tents as well at site. Campfire has grill, benches,picnic table, hammock, table for supplies, Adirondack chair, swing, seesaw, large checker set. Many well marked trails. Assess to well water. Firewood dry seasoned chopped ash available on porch $7 per bundle. We have an outdoor hot water on demand shower & a port-a-potty.

At 120 square feet plus a front porch and deck, Blue Dragon is the "grandpa" of our three tiny houses. It is the best choice for groups or families. While offering excellent privacy, it is just down the hill to the community kitchen and full bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet (you are welcome to use the private outhouse, as well.) The cabin sits 4 miles east of Ithaca downtown and Cornell, surrounded by hiking trails, 45 minutes to Seneca wineries and an hour from Skaneateles or Syracuse. This is a great base camp for all your central New York adventures. Go for a hike to a waterfall, soak in the claw foot tub, let the dogs run in the yard, and make a delicious meal in the kitchen. Scottland Yard Farm proudly offers 'The Queen's Quarter's'. This (dog friendly) sweet little home will easily accommodate 5 people. It has a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a loft with a full size bed and twin floor mattress. There is a lovely full size marble bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The open living room kitchen area has a cozy propane operated fireplace.

Located on the hillside, Cabins 7 is among our newest cabins. This large 2-story retreats with cathedral ceiling boasts 550 of living space! Nestle up on the couch or hang out outside around the fire pit after a day in the water on our private beach with 400' of frontage and docks for fishing, swimming, and boating. Sleeps 6!
