We return to the beginnings. The food philosophy of The Beginnings are natural, plant based foods. Additives, preservatives, colorants, trans fats, white flour and sugar are not used. Our dishes are suitable for flexitarians, vegetarians, vegans and raw foodists alike, and do not contain lactose or gluten. Our menu consists of plant food hot and raw food dishes.
