Lot 369 is right downstairs, and is an expat and local favourite coffee / café spot! The café is a socially and environmentally responsible business, and has an Australian brunch-style menu. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, meat, healthy and naughty options are on the menu, including a range of different coffees, smoothies, juices, probiotic drinks, and desserts. The 2nd Lot 369 Café location is located on street 282 in BKK 1, right near the Independence Monument in the center of town.

Cute cafe of hipster Aussie decor, if you need a real flat white this is probably your best bet. Nice veg options (tempeh veg bowls) and plenty of smashed avacados. The space is small and downstairs is open to the street (no AC), upstairs has AC
