NCC, as it's also known, is a slightly more relaxed, more low key place to enjoy your morning coffee and CNN signature toastie - but you still might find the odd queue on the weekend. If you feel like enjoying the wares but want to enjoy the park, you can order one of the delectable take away picnic boxes for two!

Free wifi, great coffee, great breakfast, next to laundromat, cute neighborhood spot! Closes around 2pm, so get there early.
