Mad O' Rourke's Pie factory was built in 1856 and was equipped with shell die presses from the Royal Ordinance works at Bilston. A fabulous dining experience with the most spectacular and tasty pie range you could imagine, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Not to be missed!
