Bailey’s Woods Trail begins behind the Museum. It links Rowan Oak, William Faulkner’s historic home, to the University Museum. Stretching approximately 3,000 feet, the trail takes about 20 minutes to walk. Bailey’s Woods is a heavily wooded area that William Faulkner was known to walk through.

The Museum is home to the works of many of America's most important artists, including those of Georgia O'Keefe. It begs you for an afternoon visit with the family or just your own quiet thoughts.
