Less than a half mile from the cabin. Fine dining experience. Beautiful outdoor area in the Summer. Cozy atmosphere in the Winter. Reservations suggested.

Friendly owner and staff. Descent food. Definitely sit in the courtyard if you visit during summer time.

The Captains Anchorage has been a Big Bear Lake tradition serving steaks and seafood since 1947. Experience mountain dining in a rustic stone and log retreat setting. This is also home of a cool and friendly "ghost" named George. A top favorite for us and the locals. Walking distance from the cabin!

Fancy indoor/outdoor dining in between a bunch of huge pine trees. Great steaks and seafood. Lots of cocktails and beer options. Sometimes they have live music indoors. Located in between the cabin and village.
