Jednoznačně nejprovařenější náměstí v Praze. Obousměrně se valící davy turistů zde dávají člověku zapomenout, že je v Čechách. V horní části náměstí se nachází přestupní stanice metra Muzeum (podle nedalekého Národního Muzea) dále pak je zde socha Sv. Václava, patrona České země.
