This little café is very close to the most beautiful view of the city upon the St. Michael's Bridge, but still hidden enough to be a perfect local spot to grab a coffee. Slow coffee, coffeebeans from all over the world, the most delicious praliné-hot chocolate you've ever tasted? You'll find it at café Labath.

Café Labath is a great Speciality Coffee Bar where you can have a nice biological breakfast or lunch. You can just enjoy some great coffee there aswell made from fresh roasted beans or some biological thee. The baristas will gladly advice you on any of their treats!

Established more than 10 years ago, Labath is the oldest third-wave coffee bar in Ghent. Every day, guests are offered a cup of single-origin specialty coffee or - according to the buzz - the best cappuccino in Ghent. Locals, art students, senior citizens, young entrepreneurs and passer-by all come here to relax in the artistic outdoor area or inside under the hanging plants. A welcoming and very laid-back place!
