Book your ferry to Rottnest from here. You can get the train from Victoria St 2 stops to Fremantle and walk 600m to the terminal.

The B Shed Ferry Terminal is the place to catch ferries to Rottnest Island, Perth city or the wine region of the beautiful Swan Valley. Come early and experience one of Fremantle’s popular delights, a coffee and a snack from The Freo Merchant while you wait to depart. Departures from B Shed Ferry Terminal, on Victoria Quay provide not only the quickest option for arriving at Rottnest Island but there are a number of sea and river-bound adventure activities that leave from B Shed. Also to add - there is now the Gage Roads Brewery. Come at sunset to watch the ships in port as well as out on ‘Gage Roads’ the entry point to the port out on the Indian Ocean as the sun goes down on another great day in Fremantle whilst enjoying a drink or two!
