A short drive from Chester is where you'll find many Cestrians on a weekend walking on many trails through Delamere Forest. It's well sign posted throughout and so much work has been put into with an adventure theme park (Go Ape) and mountain bike trails and the Gruffalo trail for kids.

Delamere Forest can be reached within 25 minutes which offers miles of scenic walks and cycling trails. The Forest hosts open air concerts in the summer and past artists have included Gary Barlow, Simply Red and Paloma Faith.
