Zandvoort are Bloemendaal aan Zee are the closest beaches to Amsterdam. 30-40 drive, depending on traffic, when it’s very sunny the traffic is crowded and parking space limited, go early then. Parnassia is a good place to park. The waterleidingduinen are also nice to walk and spot deers. Around are a lot of nice cafe’s (also with kids) like near ‘het wed’ of ‘Kraantje Lek’.

You can walk along the beach to Bloemendaal, approximately an hour walk (walk in the direction away from the pier). There, you can stop for a drink for lunch/dinner. The first beachbar you will come across is Parnassia, recommended!
