The private villa of the 1st president of Israel, Haim & Vera Weitzmann. A contemporary villa , buit in 1936 (prior to the establishment of the state of Israel) on a 10 acre (42 dunam) mansion bought by the Weitzmann. The famous Jewish, German architect Erich Mendelssohn designed it in his 'International Style' with local inspirations.
