The last true neighborhood in NYC, vibrant and fun, lots of small shops and restaurants. It’s own community and world within Manhattan
West village is a extremely cute neighborhood. It’s quite with beautiful pre war architecture and tree lined streets.
Take the L train to 8th ave and take a walk around the West Village, one of my favorite neighborhoods in the city!
Get lost in West Village- filled with winding streets it is iconic New York. Tons of cute bars and restaurants. I love Buvette, the Little Owl and sitting outside at Olio e Piu or Rosemary's.
Get off at Christopher St or 9th and wonder around the West Village area of the city. There are still a few funky shops, bars and restaurants to see. The architecture runs the gamut, but some of the old cobblestone blocks still are reminiscent of the 1800s. Lots of cafés around.
Landmarked neighborhood which means less construction, small houses and a lot less noise. The West Village is much more of a residential area with fewer bars and restaurants than the East Village. Quality, not quantity and less chaotic. Great place to visit and live!
Lots of small and quaint restaurants and cafes. Walk down the streets here and grab a cappuccino!
