Featured on the Food Network, Slanted Rice Vitenmense Bistro is absolutely delightful. "A native of Vietnam, chef and owner Hue Tran describes the food at Slanted Rice Vietnamese Bistro as 90% Vietnamese and 10% fusion." The clay pots are my favorite! This place can get busy - be sure to call ahead to avoid wait times.
