Kejimkujik National Park includes many summer activities including camping, kayaking, hiking, swimming, and much more. If you have several weeks to spend in NS drive to that place to spend 2-4 days with your family or friends. the park's location is closer than Cape Breton island. So it could be a good alternative for your trip
