The less-talked about (but - shh! - actually preferred by some of our Japanese friends) ramen spot in town. Erin gets the spicy miso add avocado, but Chico prefers the shoyu with extra egg and bok choy.

Serves a lighter take on traditional ramen than other noodle shops in town. They're the only ramen restaurant in Austin that serves vegan ramen on the regular.

Good ramen from the folks that brought you Kome. They specialize in whole chicken broth ramen made with eggless tapioca-based ramen noodles, and the stock and bases are freshly made every day from scratch. Their vegetable ramen is vegan, and they can "veganize" some of their other menu items as well.

Yaaaay. Austin is finally getting ramen places. I haven't been to this one, but the yelpers seem to be pleased.
