Closest place to our cabin. They have propane basic foods, beverages, ice cream, pizza, sandwiches, and delish milkshakes - good for lunch. They have a nice outside seating area and a little playground for little ones. You can call ahead and order your food. In season they have team up with Crafts Adventures for river floats. You can book in advance through Crafts Adventures.

Great small convenience store only a few miles south of River Haven. The also make sandwiches and milkshakes. They sell beer, wine, dairy, essentials, bait and firewood. You can also use this location as a "put in" for kayaking or tubing. But ASK first and pay a small fee. Depending on the flow of the river, this ride can take between 2.5 and 4 hours.

Great spot 2 miles from the cabin for extra supplies, WV wine & beer, and sandwiches or milkshakes.

Great little shop for basic needs, alcohol and pizza. Great drop in spot for kayaks as well.

If you're looking to take tubes, kayaks, or canoes down the Cacapon River, Largent WV is the spot to put in. This stretch of river will allow for a 2.5 hour float down the Cacapon to the low water bridge closest to our cabin. Stop in and see the folks at Stoney Creek for river updates before you launch.
