A gruff but warm old public house- standing out from many of the more hipster oriented drinking dens in the city with it's laid-back sense of style. Not a copper pipe in sight!

Its just nice. Good real ales and super friendly staff! Not silly prices either. Dog friendly. Great window seats to watch the world go by.
