MTA subway station for the 2 (red line) and 5 (green line) train. Both run along the same line in Brooklyn and both go to Manhattan. The 5 is express in Brooklyn and once in Manhattan runs along the east side of the island. The 2 is local in Brooklyn and goes express once in Manhattan and runs along the west side of the island.

The train is the best option when going into the city.

The 2 train is local and I mean LOCAL. Great if it's the closest line to your destination and you are not in a rush.

Sterling Street Subway station. Our second closest station, about a 8-12 minute walk. Catch the 2 and 5 trains into Manhattan here. On Nostrand Avenue and Sterling Street
