Original Tokyo-style Tonkotsu in a humble setting. They’ve been serving all handmade noodles from Shibuya, Tokyo since 1994 - Vegetarian and vegan options off menu.

If you like Ramen this is the place for you! I love this casual little spot. It's a one page menu - do you want ramen? Or apps? That's all you get! A few options - nothing fancy. I asked them to surprise me, so I'm not sure if I got the salt or miso ramen, but it was delicious. Great broth, incredible noodles, the meat was tender and the vegetables fresh. It was hot and quick and cheap at around $12. I would be happy to go anytime!

Authentic Tokyo-style ramen. Non-pork and vegetarian options too. Everything made in-house, noodles, broths, chicken and pork chashu, he even ferments his own bamboo shoots. Delicious and reasonable prices.
