One can hardly call this a "restaurant". It's a local joint that's been around for decades and caters to the bus drivers (one of DC's biggest bus facility is across the street). Inexpensive takeout or counter seating. Always have wings and potatoes available for immediate carry out. A reliable standby for those who know DC.
