If you fancy a burger or a club sandwich and fries I recommend that place. They have a nice terrace where you can seat at comfortably either during summers or winters. It is very well exposed so if you eat outside, you will get some sunshine bonus.

Great American Breakfast in Paris City Center. Go there before 12.30 AM to get a table on the sunny terrasse ;) (no booking available)
