Another free beach access with world class bird watching, including American Bald Eagles fishing at certain times of year. Also sheltered within the Dungeness Spit and has great views of the lighthouse.
This is a nice place to visit the strait. Great views of the lighthouse. This is usually where we go to look for eagles.
Dungeness Landing County Park has 13 acres of tideland sprawled along the outer Dungeness Bay. The small park has a boat launch, a few picnic tables and clean bathrooms. A nice place to sit and watch birds, Eagles are a common sight. If you your looking to feed seagulls this is a good spot, also Landing Park.
