One of my favorites restaurants who care about the environment and most of the ingredients are from local Estonian farms. Very delicious and amazing service! Kaks Kokka is the younger brother of Restaurant Ö. The diner is led by two head chefs from Saaremaa, Ranno Paukson and Martin Meikas; this place is worth keeping in mind. Kaks Kokka is a place that is always changing and is never exactly the same. The character of Kaks Kokka is not defined by state borders or compass directions – everything is based on excellent, fresh and mostly Estonian ingredients.
