Ice cream is my weakness... and unfortunately for me there's a great, local place nearby called Bright Ice. Their original location is a short drive down to 5th Ave N. New flavors are introduced monthly, but they always carry their staples like Blueberrles with Cinnamon, Caramelized Bananas with Peanut Butter & Honey, and my favorite, Lemon with Crystallized Ginger.

The ice cream is so soft, I thought it had melted in my freezer! A relaxed spot that's open late, with unique and classic flavors...what more could you want?
