Y Bwlch Coch (The Red Cow) is one of two excellent local pubs in the village of Ponsticill, situated only a 3 minute walk from the cottage! Excellent selection of pub meals (vegetarian and vegan friendly) and local ales on tap. Superb roaring fire at the rear of the pub, perfect for a recharge after a day exploring the Beacons.

The Inn typically has an open-plan feel with comfortable wooden settles, tables and chairs perfect for pleasant conversation making.The Inn also boasts an upper floor dining area which can be typically reserved in advance.
