EL Balcon del Zocalo is one the nicest places in the city as it is the only place which offers such a great view of the Zocalo. The food here and drinks are great but can be quiet pricy.

Great place to grab lunch when visiting the Centro Historico, amazing views and good Mexican food, definitely check it out if you're downtown.
