A simple Hawaiian and Japanese influenced meal simply made of a type of protein, a block of rice, and wrapped with seaweed. This is where Hapa Musubi comes in play. Hapa, meaning to be half Hawaiian, is a concept we applied to our musubis. We created our own take on musubis by mixing up * a little bit of this and little bit that * (did you sing that part too?) while still embracing the musubi-ness.
