Public pool. great for lap swim, recreation swim and water aerobics. Theres also tennis courts and some other amenities at the recreation center next door.

a 2 block walk away from your stay. Public swimming sessions all day long. A very small admittance fee. Great life guards on duty. This is an historic pool donated to the North Park/Morley Field area in the 1920's.

The coolest pool in the network of city-run public pools. $4.00 per day and super clean with computerized sanitation and minimal chlorine. Lounge chairs and palm trees right next to the tennis court

The Bud Kearns pool is a short distance away in Balboa Park and it's a great place to cool off on a hot summer day. Day passes are very inexpensive and it's a nice 20 minute walk in the park (or 5 minute drive) to get there.
