Todd’s place was by far the best experience I’ve had while using the app for over 7 years. The space is spotless, fully stocked, larger than the photos, the views are beautiful, and Todd is a wonderful human. He respected my privacy, and also invited me to multiple activities like harvesting olives on the property (a first and highly enjoyable experience for me). Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the generous monthly discount, and book immediately!

I needed a home base for some work I was doing in the area and this location was perfect! The hosts were very kind and the space was very clean. The directions were also incredibly easy to follow as well :-)

We had the pleasure of staying at one of Alan’s rentals before, and once again, it did not disappoint! The property was just as described and perfectly located within walking distance to a variety of charming local restaurants and a movie theater. Our room was cozy, stocked with all the essentials—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even extra toothbrushes for that unexpected moment you might need them! Not to mention, the coffee and tea to kickstart our mornings. Alan’s communication was top-notch. He provided easy-to-follow instructions for accessing the property with a keypad, along with detailed guidance on getting into our room and navigating the exterior doors. I can’t recommend this listing enough! Thank you, Alan, for another fantastic experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The spacious bedrooms gave everyone plenty of room to relax, and the yard with tons of stuff to engage my twin toddlers was perfect to safely run and play. It was such a bonus to have that outdoor space! The hot tub was also a huge hit — the perfect way to unwind at the end of each day. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to explore, and the host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. It truly made our trip even more special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I chose this location as a personal retreat where I could relax and work without distraction, and it didn't disappoint! The cabin is comfortable and the property is just gorgeous. I very much enjoyed sitting by the creek and reading, and working at the picnic table surrounded by trees and birds. There is also a very friendly cat who visited me while I worked. Cory is a friendly, helpful host, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time. I would gladly stay here again.

Sarajane’s house was exactly as advertised, and was everything we expected it to be! She was extremely communicative, and very helpful with any questions we had, as well as recommendations for things to do with our two young boys! Would happily come back!

Great spot. Super cool property within minutes from the heart of Carlsbad. The property was perfect for my two small pups; very secure. The accommodations met my needs perfectly. I look forward to reserving this location every time I visit the Carlsbad area. Jim was excellent host.

Vintage Home was a great place for our family vacation! With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, there was ample space for four adults and two kids. We appreciated the updated kitchen and bathrooms, and well kept yard. The beds were comfortable and big dining room table fit everyone nicely. The neighborhood and surroundings were absolutely beautiful, including the nature park down the street. This served as a nice, quiet location to plan day trips to Escondido, Encinitas, and San Diego. The added security gates and Nest thermostat made us feel safe and cozy. We also appreciated the washer and dryer in unit. The host was responsive, helpful, and friendly. We would highly recommend Vintage Home for families or travelers!

Had a great Time. House is beautiful and the view was outstanding. We loved listening to and seeing the wildlife and birds. The Beds were very comfortable. The Kitchen was well supplied, plenty of dish ware, cups, bowls etc. The Pool table kept us all entertained. We loved having a TV in every room, the 83 in was nice and big. Plenty of seating for meals and for watching TV. The Pool was nice and big, and spa seat us all and got plenty warm enough was a little hard to get in and out of the Pool and Spa with no rails but otherwise great, even saw the owl fly into his home. Overall Fantastic defiantly a 5 Star

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Fallbrook. The space matched the listing perfectly—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The backyard was a real highlight: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and a great place to relax. Our kids especially loved all the games and activities provided, which kept them entertained throughout the stay. We’d absolutely come back again!

A charming place we felt right at home. It's very nice and modern the spot has everything the location is great. The host was excellent. We recommend it for any occasion in Oceanside. We'll definitely be back soon!

Staying at the Welk was a magical experience for my family and I would highly recommend. We had a blast using Al amenities from fishing , working out , swimming with slides , hot tubs , pickleball and the list goes on and on . The surroundings were beautiful be prepared to take some great pics. People working at this establishment were very helpful and a guy by the name of “Levin” went out of his way to ensure kids were having a great time. The place was wonderful comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, fabulous view and getting around was easy. I will definitely be back ! Thanks Joyce for making. Our stay memorable!

We wante a girlfriend's getaway for two nights by the ocean, with great views, quiet and relaxing and this place provided all of that that and more. The place looked like the photos - seeing the ocean from the balcony and the accordion living room doors was great. We kept the doors open as it was beautiful and we loved hearing the crash of the waves on the shore, watching the dolphins and the surfers. Be sure to bring your own coffee/tea, etc. as it's not provided, but appliances, utensils, dishes, etc are plentiful and available to use. It was quiet and peaceful and we certainly plan to return. The ensuite bathroom for each room was wonderful. There were five of us and each woman was so happy to have her own space and yet be together. There are many great restaurants near the pier, which is about a mile from this place. Having the garage to park the cars was also great, although there is also street parking. It was a wonderful, relaxing two-day get away and we plan to return

We have been coming to Encinitas each summer for many years and Maureen’s home stands out as my favourite place to stay. It had everything; amazing location, first class facilities and a super host. We certainly hope to stay again. Maureen is such a generous, friendly and helpful host.
