This place is a beautiful location. The house is great for a large family to enjoy the outdoors. Host were great and very helpful.

Absolutely beautiful air bnb with everything you’ll need and then some. Also in a very convenient area. Samuel Ryan was also an amazing host and made sure we were okay and taken care of. I highly recommend the air bnb to everyone visiting Tyler.

Our family visited the Americana for three nights for my husband’s college graduation from UT Tyler & my daughter’s 4th birthday. (It was only about 30 minutes from campus) My children loved all of the amenities (ping pong table, paddle boat, fishing pond, rocking chairs on the pack porch, front yard swing, indoor pool table, Bluetooth jukebox speaker, and the kid toys that were in the living room)! The home was clean and there were many extra items for sale if you forgot something. The host was very responsive and kind. The property was gorgeous and peaceful. There was also plenty of space for sleeping. The bunk beds are full-size (top & bottom)!

Beautiful home, very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood!

This place was exactly what I needed for our family of 8. Everything was exactly how it was described. Great location too for us, as my family lives here in Tyler. Great Restaurants also very close, as well as Grocery stores, and shopping. Came in for a funeral for my mom who was in Hospice care. But God had other plans. My son and his family drove in from Florida, having car trouble along the way. Thankfully they arrived safely. Took car to shop, which ended up being there longer than expected. The rest of my family needed to head back home. My daughter in law having to get a rental to head back to Florida, due to my grandchildren needing to get back for school. Knowing I needed to stay with my son I contacted Gustavo to extend our stay. Thankfully he could! Gustavo was great as far as quick responses to my requests. Very helpful with all of my requests. The layout of this house was perfect. Beds were extremely comfortable. Quiet neighborhood as well. Five Stars for sure!

Cindy's place was a really nice home to stay in for the weekend. It's an older home but has been nicely renovated on the inside and had plenty of space for my family of 4. We visited one of her recommendations "The Grove" restaurant which is nearby, has great food, and was a great evening out for us. Tyler State Park also is a great scenic getaway and weather was perfect out there for us.

What a special place! Super clean, great beds and linens, everything you need! Bring your family!

I cannot recommend the Mustard Seed cottage enough. This is possibly the nicest US airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Barb has put so much thought into the space, and every detail was appreciated. The beds are actually comfortable, the decor is just adorable, the place is so clean, and the communication and flexibility from Barb was top notch. We ended up spending a ton of time at the airbnb instead of checking our local attractions because it was just so comfortable and had an amazing outdoor space to relax in. Don’t hesitate to book if this spot is available— you won’t regret it.
