We were a group of 3 guys in their twenties. It was a very welcoming and comfortable home. Pickup and drop off from the train station was helpful. The included homemade breakfast was an amazing way to start each day. Amenities were clean. Beds were cozy. The host was very friendly and did a fantastic job making sure we were comfortable. 1000% a highlight of our trip to Japan. We would all stay with Lily again!

一泊二日、陶磁器の産地巡りの道中でお世話になりました。 チェックイン時間が遅くなりましたが、親切に対応いただきました。 街道沿いに立地しており、歴史ある建物を丁寧に直されていて、快適に過ごすことができました。 琵琶湖周辺や京都、信楽など、ここを拠点にさまざまな地域をめぐる際には、またぜひお世話になりたいお宿でした。

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Otsu! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming — even though she doesn’t speak fluent English, she always communicated clearly and made sure I understood everything. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. The bed and bathroom were spotless, very clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast she prepared every morning — simple, fresh, and satisfying. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The host is truly caring and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

推荐给所有去京都的朋友们，lily 姐的热情感动了我们一家人，所有的小细节都替客人想好，会不辞辛苦的接机送机，会给予我们旅程中的意见，走的那天还特意为我们包了饺子🥟，饺子是lily 姐头一天晚上包到了凌晨，会特意为我们的宝宝做鸡蛋羹，会告诉我们怎样坐车换乘花费最少，如果你们想在京都度过一个省心的旅程，那么我十分推荐您入住这里，lily 姐会像家人一样帮助您，希望有一天再去京都还能相见！

很惊喜的入住体验，房东十分友善，尽管语不会说中文，但我们还是借助英语和翻译器聊了很多，关于日本的文化、我们的小猫，是一次非常开心的体验。 早上房东还为我们准备了精致的日式早餐，让我们有了一个非常美好的早晨。 房间很干净整洁，浓浓的日式风味，开门的那一瞬间很惊喜！房间内还有供房客书写旅游感受的笔记本，在上面可以看到来自全世界的房客的回忆，十分珍贵！ 谢谢京都，谢谢庵主！期待下次再会。

Out of all the places that we stayed in while we were in Japan, Takumi's place will be the most memorable. From the beautiful home in the quaint village to the five star dinner and breakfast that was prepared for us by our host. It truly was such a unique experiences and we are very grateful, Arigato Goziamasu! Also, if Takumi makes you soup, the soup is done when the fire burns out 😀

J'ai passé un très bon séjour chez Chiaki et Hiro. Ils ont tout fait pour que je me sente bien, ils sont attentionnés et intéressants. La maison est très confortable et mignonne. La cuisine était excellente. Je recommande 🤗

Camera in stile giapponese come da foto e descrizione. L’host è stato veramente gentilissimo nel venire incontro a ogni nostra richiesta. Posizione molto comoda per visitare numerosi templi e le vie più tradizionali e tipiche di Kyoto. Consigliato!

What a beautiful traditional Japanese home to stay We totally loved the old house, beautiful decorations, the inner courtyard and our room. Everything was perfect! Chieri is a great host, we felt very welcomed and home right away. We were on a road trip, so we also enjoyed that we could wash our clothes. And we tried out the traditional japanese bath. Perfect! Chieri, thank you for everything! Hope to see you someday again!
