The 1845 Menagerie is a one bedroom apartment located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is situated on the ground floor of a terrace property and is all on one level. There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide. The cottage sits at the entrance to Austwick Hall and has access to it's gardens and private woodland with it's sculpture trail.

The cottage has two bedrooms (one King, one double) a log burner for those cosy evenings in and a small patio area for enjoying a nice relaxing drink in those summer evenings after a long day walking or cycling. 1 well behaved dog welcome.
