The place is clean and I loved the self-check in feature. The area is quite and near to the flower festival. I will book it again for my future trips.

Rakans apartment is very nice, beautiful furnishings, great high ceiling, very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all meals. The apartment was very clean. Rakan was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment. Thanks Rakans

The stay was very comfortable, and the availability of the necessary supplies was one of the factors that contributed to the comfort. The equipment is of the best possible quality. I was happy to stay there, and God willing, we will visit the place again. The house is spacious and beautiful, and everything in it is tidy and prepared.

Great location, 15 mins walk from Al Wurud 2 metro station. Alwaleed was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Rafiq was always on hand and very friendly. Great stay.

عبدالله متعاون بشكل جدا كبير يعطيه العافيه والشقه كانت جميله والاطلالة شي خيال جداً والدخول والخروج كان مافي اسهل منه شكراً عبدالله وباذن الله تتكرر اكثر من مره

المكان جميل وهادي ونظيف ومرتب والمستضيف اعلى من التقيم رجل محترم وسريع الاستجابه وخدوم شكرا جدا ولي عوده مره اخرى

Room was nice and clean. It has everything one need for a short, few days stay. Good value for money. Quite close to a metro station, groceries and cafes. There are few similar buildings next to each other so it was not very easy to find if for the first time, but with a kind help of a neighbor I have found it. Room has a window on a very small patio, so there is no daylight inside. If I had any questions or issues, Mohammed was very helpful and responsive. He is a really nice person. Few remarks for tourists overall (not specific to this room) - Short term accommodations usually have disposable (paper like?) towels. You may prefer to take your regular one from home. - Riyadh is not easily walkable. It's doable, but distances are big, pedestrian crossings far from each other and often there is no pavement.
