Beautiful, spacious and warm home. great location, with nice cafes & restaurants in the area. We loved the fireplace in the living area and the beautiful mountain views. I would reccomend parking your car on the street behind the property.

The place is better than the pictures, we immediately fell in love with the styling, all the glorious curves of the architecture and instant calming effect. Great quality appliances, comfy beds and fabulous pizza oven. Couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you for our stay!

For a person who has worked in the tourism, event, and hospitality industry for nearly twenty years, Kerry’s thoughtful customized messages and full equipment kitchen with the selection of tea supplies ( and other complementaries) meet all Airbnbers needs. They know what the guest wants and what might let the guest down. I can see why the rating is high. Let alone the stylish design and walkable distance to the yummy cafe. The long weekend just feeling a bit too short. Thank you for everything!

A lovely and very well priced stay in the beachside town of Dodges Ferry. Local shop has good variety of food if you forget something from Sorell supermarket, also a daily supply of fresh bread from yummy Hobart bakeries. The local cafes near Park Beach serve decent coffee, and the beaches are lovely in all weather. The main bedroom is lovely but very light in the mornings if you are a light sleeper, also no wall between main bedroom and kitchen/lounge area- very open and airy which has its pros and cons. Not a problem, just something to be aware of as may not suit everyone. Excellent sunken 'den' and room with double bed, which our teen loved. We visited in Autumn and had a lot of fun, would be a great place to stay at in summer too. We would would stay here again if looking for accommodation in the area.

This is a beautiful family home in large landscaped grounds. It is private, quiet and absolutely delightful. The master bedroom is gorgeous and the morning sunrises stunning. Overall, this home would be the very best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in, and we have absolutely loved our time here. Just a few minutes walk to the Hill Street grocer, bakery and small shopping complex, and another 10 minutes to stunning Blackmans Bay and restaurants.

Everything about Jo & her place was wonderful. I stayed twice during my visit to Tasmania & both times were equally great. The apartment itself has a little mix of antique & modern with lovely styling. The kitchen was well equipped, beds very comfortable & the view is incredible. We’ll definitely stay again if we return to Hobart

Louise's place was clean and welcoming, she had thoughtfully put the heating on before we arrived and presented us with some drinks and shortbread. Very clean and cost abode under their main house.

We were so happy to have found Jacqui's place for our 4 nights stay in Hobart. We love the peace, tranquility and the gorgeous view it offered and the house had everything we needed to feel at home. Everything is exactly how it's desrcibded in the profile and we really appreciate the little touches like the Lavender wheat packs as welcome gifts for us when we arrive. Angela was a very good communicator, very friendly when she greeted us on arrival. And communicated very well during our stay. The provisions Angela supplied surpassed what we expected and everything was lovely. Highly recommended Angela as a host for your requirements in and around the Hobart area.

We loved Craig's place! So quiet with gorgeous views. Our beautiful studio was perfect..brekkie was provided for both days of our stay. Would have loved to use the fire pit but indulged ourselves with the indoor gas fire instead. And yes Craig, the bathroom floor heating was a winner! We also did the talk tour through the Raptor Rescue Centre which was fascinating. All up a great experience.

We had a lovely stay at Orchard’s nest for my partner’s 40th. It was really relaxing, beautifully furnished, the bed and linen were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Absolutely recommend for a place to relax and reset.

We have enjoyed our week long stay here so much. So relaxed and peaceful with the wild life surroundings and the beautiful spring running through at the bottom of the cabin. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a memorable holiday.
