Great location, right in the heart of the restaurants, supermarket below and on the doorstep of the beach. Main bed was super comfortable and the swinging chair on the balcony was lovely to chill out in. Thank you to Maeva for her comprehensive instructions and wealth of recommendations 🙏

Absolutely amazing! Exactly what I needed. After a long year I just wanted to relax with an amazing view and this place fit the bill. Clean, peaceful, awesome 180 degree view of the ocean. What more can you ask for. I will stay here again and again every time I come to St. Martin. Thank you Sash, for your beautiful accommodations!!!!!

The time I spent in St. Maartin was life changing! It made me realize it's more to life. There's so much joy beauty living!!! St. Maartin and the ppl in St. Maartin made me feel at home. So So welcoming! My host was more then helpful to me and I truly appreciate that. I've bn telling my family and friends St. Maartin is the place to be!!!!! I'm thinking Retirement Home 🏡

Saul’s place is fantastic with a pool just outside surrounded by picturesque bougainvillea trees. Located toward the top of Pelican Hill, the apartment has a view of the ocean that is absolutely spectacular…like sleeping in the eagle’s nest of the island. The unit is comfortable and quiet; however, its close proximity (3 minute drive or 10 minute walk) to the hustle and bustle of Simpson Bay gives the feeling of being in the center of all the action. As not many areas of the island are walkable, the entire Pelican neighborhood is a wonderful option for its clearly indicated sidewalks and consistently low traffic patterns compared to the rest of Simpson Bay where there are boutiques and grocery stores galore, an endless array of restaurants featuring almost any cuisine you can imagine, nightclubs, bars, and quite a bit of traffic. The unit, itself, was very clean with a large living space that is rare for the island. Saul is a phenomenal host. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Notre séjour chez Isabelle était parfait! Le logement est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle! La résidence est un bijou qui propose des services à la hauteur d'un hôtel de luxe! Isabelle a été une hôte parfaite! très sympathique, réactive et avec de bons conseils. Je recommande à 1000% ce logement!

Great stay! Simona was a great host and her place was just amazing as the photos! Every room had an AC Unit. It was clean and comfortable. Surroundings were gorgeous! Can’t wait to go back

Marcia est une hote très conviviale et à l'écoute de nos besoins. L'endroit était propre et très beau. J'ai aimé que l'endroit soit proche des epicerie, bureau de change, pharmacie, etc. Je reviendrais certainement dans ce logement lors d'un prochain séjour à sxm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nettle Bay. The location was very peaceful and serene, away from all of the nightlife activities. A gas station/market was conveniently located across the street, which was a huge plus for us - we practically stopped in each night before heading back to the villa. Cupecoy and Marigot were also a short drive away. We loved the travel size products and perfume samples that were provided as well. Marie was very communicative and shared some excellent recommendations for activities/food around the island. We will definitely be back.

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

We had a fantastic time at our vow renewal at the villa! Thank you so much for accommodating us and allowing us to use such a beautiful space for our special day. While there were a few minor hiccups, the team was incredibly prompt in resolving them, ensuring everything went smoothly. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism. Overall, it was a memorable experience!

The location is ideal for those looking to unwind, with beautiful surroundings and convenient access to nearby spots. Rainbow beach club is a hidden gem. We rented a car while on the island and drove all over sightseeing and checking out other locations and I have to say this is definitely one of the best locations on the island. Some of the other locations are right on the cliff to the beautiful blue water, but they do not have their own private beach, this place also has three pools that were never crowded. It is walking distance to fabulous restaurants in Jordan Village as well as Maho beach. And a 20 minute drive to many other fun activities on the island. Konstantyne was incredibly responsive and gave us a great list of local places to check out all of which were amazing. I cannot wait to come back and share this place with some of our friends. I was so sad to leave. The complex is clean. People were continuously taking care of the vegetation and the pools. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I can’t say enough about the caliber of the food on the island. The place is very safe!

My husband, two year old daughter and I had the best time at Severine’s place. The home is beautiful and Séverine is an extremely responsive and communicative host. The outdoor terrace was used a ton. The pool is okay- we only used it once, we were mostly at the ocean. Who goes all that way to use the pool anyway?! Great quiet little neighborhood and close to orient bay. Amazing boulangerie up the street! The only thing I’ll mention is that to get into the apartment for the first time I had to message Séverine so she could let me in remotely, so I had to keep my phone on. I was hoping to avoid having my phone on data for the entire vacation. Not a big deal but something to note! Overall would highly recommend!

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.
