This is a very nice house in a safe neighborhood. The best highlight is definitely a super nice and spacious backyard, especially if traveling with pets or kids. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall excellent experience and enjoyed talking to the friendly & caring hosts too.

Gretchen is a super host! She communicated with us throughout the rental process & met us at the home upon arrival. I appreciated her accommodating our ever changing arrival time due to traveling with 2 toddlers. She spent time with us touring the home to go over everything we might need to know to make our stay comfortable.The home was impeccably clean and the neighborhood beautiful and quiet. Much to our surprise, Gretchen welcomed us with a gift of supplies to tide us over until we could settle in and get to a grocer. This was incredibly thoughtful as we came from far away with two babies.The home had ample space to accommodate our large family of 6 adults and 2 children. We felt we could spread out. Beds were comfy! My favorite room was enjoying the morning view in the sunroom! I can’t say enough about how fabulous the home and host were to us! Hoping to return for another wedding in the near future. Thank you Gretchen for welcoming my family into your home in such a warm way. 💙

Erin's place was a great place to stay in Annapolis. My family was in town for Commissioning Week at USNA. Annapolis is a beautiful town with tiny streets, so being at this location aloud us to walk to the Yard and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Had a really great stay for three nights at this lovely home in Edgewater. The house sits on a corner lot with wonderful views of the bay. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. Lots of friendly people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. Felt right at home. The house was clean and very functional. Eddie was great to work with and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home base for the Annapolis and surrounding areas.

Both hosts were so responsive to my questions. The house had everything I needed truly for my guests and I to enjoy ourselves. The surround sound system was such a nice touch. All the bathrooms were nice and the kitchen had everything in terms of utensils to cook fab meals. It is in the very rural side of Maryland and there isn’t a ton to do, but wow the house was beautiful and beyond peaceful.

This charming studio was perfect for my stay! It was cozy, peaceful, extremely clean, and very easy to find. The hosts were always responsive, and check-in and check-out went very smoothly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Helen’s place felt like home and was an amazing place for our family to have some time with our Midshipman from the Naval Academy. Helen was kind and super responsive in communication. We would definitely visit again.

Wow I cannot say enough about Jeanne's place, it met our needs for lots of sleeping spaces, lots of seating spaces for individual chats among our family group, but still intimate enough that all of us could be engaged at the same time. The layout of the property was top notch, well thought out, beautiful use of architecture and nautical/shipbuilding materials and theme flowing throughout. The views from inside the house overlooking the creek were amazing, everyone loved the loft room with the window, and the waterfront wildlife was nonstop from arrival. Everything was well stocked and super clean, and it was easy to get in and out of the house. Great area, great place to getaway and recharge. LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS PLACE. Would not think twice if I needed to stay here again. Definitely!

This was a really important life goal trip of mine, even though it’s the DMV area. They were super kind and it felt like a beautiful tropical pocket in the middle of what some might call a concrete jungle. They were super responsive, flexible, and kind hearted. There is also some beautiful wildlife, animals, and nature blossoming everywhere in the spring. 10/10 would stay again!

We have been coming to Ann's house several times. We always come back because the house is spotless, has excellent amenities and it is very close to our son's house.

Jamie's place was a well furnished apartment with all necessary items. The apartment was super clean and well decorated. We felt at home immediately once we checked in .

What a wonderful retreat! I can't think of a better place to stay where you're surrounded by books, art and the countryside.

What can I say about my stay at Villa de Bowie?! It was great! My room, let alone the whole house, was remarkable. DiMitri has been extremely hospitable and responsive. The house was clean, welcoming, and offered many amenities. The atmosphere was beautiful and the other guests, from a host of different backgrounds/careers, were respectful and pleasant.
