We will show you every secret to achieve an amazing pasta dough like in a Michelin star restaurant. I learn everything from my grandma, true pasta maker from Emilia Romagna (Bologna city). After many experience in Michelin star restaurant in Italy and around the world, I decide to open my experience on Airbnb to share my passion for pasta. You will meet only the best chefs in town, all with Michelin start restaurant back ground, all with the same mission, share our experience and our family traditions, ready to share the love for Italian Gastronomic culture. We going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, after that we are going to do the dough and you will be able to prepare you own pasta from scratch! I will teach you many different kind of pasta shapes as: -Tortelli -Tagliatelle -Fettuccine and a lot more :) A wonderful experience about the magical word of pasta. We will meet you at the harbor in Riomaggiore, and then embark on our magical sunset tour. During the tour, we will slowly cruise up the Cinque Terre coast, stopping in front of each village to give you the opportunity to take photos of the villages from the sea, which is hands down, the best way to capture each village's beauty. Once we reach Monterosso, we will turn around and slowly head back to Riomaggiore. With the sun setting behind us, you will have the perfect view to capture magnificent photos. During the tour, you can sip on bubbles and enjoy homemade focaccia from the local baker, made fresh daily and a must-try food while in the Cinque Terre. You can also jump in the sea for a sunset dip during the tour. Take a deep breath, and enjoy the paradise that surrounds you. In a unique trip, away from the tourist flow, you will paddle in the wonderful landscape of the Cinque Terre (Unesco site) and Portovenere shores and you will discover the amazing history of Cinque Terre and its secrets from a really different point of view. This experience is doable for everybody, from beginners to skilled kayakers.

This experience will offer you the opportunity to approach the “sacred stone” that  accompanies our work and our lives, shape the Marble by involving all 5 senses: observe the matter, recognize its facets, follow its evolution and enjoy its final transformation, caress it, let it talk to you and guide you in the process, smell its aromas of sun and rain moss. Moisten your lips at the end of the day: you will discover that it will taste new. We'll find us at the meeting point, a place really close to the lab, we'll reach togheter the workshop's area where you'll meet the master sculptor Marco. After the introduction by the master sculptor, who will accompany each participant in the activity, we will proceed to a brief but complete sculpture experience: you will try to work a piece of marble with manual and pneumatic tools. we will have breaks during class hours where you can drink coffee, water or tea, use the toilets, take pictures. Once you become familiar with the subject, you will dedicate the last minutes to the engraving of a marble scale that you can take away as a souvenir of the experience! After the lesson we will take you back to the meeting point. Other things to note If it rains, the experience will be canceled. Please remember that we are on the mountain, the ground is rocky. My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2024, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Bring along your camera, drinking water and an umbrella/blanket according to the weather.

We will meet up in Manarola, and after a quick walk through the village, which will be nice and quiet in the morning, we will start our adventure by taking a deep breath and hiking up to Volastra, a wonderful hamlet as far off the beaten path as you can get in this area. The hike is straight uphill and it will make you sweat, we promise! There will be plenty of visual rewards along the path, though, because you will get the most spectacular views of Manarola and the sea, almost like you were a drone (only without flying off the rocks!). Then, after approximately 1 hour, we will reach our destination. And there, only there, will you feel like you have earned your well deserved wine tasting. We will drink the wine of one of the greatest local winemakers right on his vineyard while looking at the Mediterranean directly below, almost touching the sky and rejoicing in the power of nature. After the wine tasting, our experience is finished. From Volastra, you can choose to continue on the trail to Corniglia, the next Cinque Terre town, go back down the trail to Manarola, or take the eco-bus down to Manarola at a cost of 2.50 per person. Rain can be serious in the Cinque Terre, so if it is raining too heavily, or if the National Park issues a weather alert, we won't be able to do the hike. In that case, we will take the bus up to Volastra at an additional cost of 2.50 per person.

You will walk among olive groves from which you can enjoy a unique view over the whole valley of Lucca. I’d love to wander through the town with you, capturing you as you take in the stunning sights. My style when photographing is to document, rather than control. This photographic experience includes professional portraits in Manarola or Riomaggiore. The photoshoot will take around one hour and is suitable for individuals, couples, families, and friends. Your photographs will be captured on state of the art, full-frame, professional equipment. The best photographs are often the ‘in between’ moments and for this reason, I won’t narrow your photographs down to a tiny selection. From a one-hour session, you can expect to receive roughly 100+ edited images. The shoot will be planned with your preferences in mind to include the best locations for the time of day and year. Scopri il vino che produce la mia famiglia: l'Eroico, coltivato da generazioni in una delle più belle vigne delle Cinque Terre. Faremo un breve trekking su un sentiero poco battuto ma molto panoramico. Buona parte del percorso è in salita, ma durante la camminata ci fermeremo in diversi punti per riprendere fiato, goderci il panorama e scoprire la storia di Vernazza e delle Cinque Terre. Finita la camminata, arriveremo nella vigna dell'Eroico e lì degusteremo tre diverse etichette, assaporando una storia antichissima. L'intera esperienza si svolge a Vernazza, luogo unico e patrimonio UNESCO. Potrai godere anche di una vista unica, essendo la nostra vigna isolata da ogni altro sentiero o abitazione. Saremo in una tipica cantina delle Cinque Terre, arredata con sasso e legno, un tuffo nella Vernazza ottocentesca! Prepareremo il pesto nel mortaio e lo mangeremo come pranzo alle 12,30 con la pasta e come merenda alle 15,00/17,30 con pane o focaccia, degusteremo 3 vini bianchi Cinque Terre DOC e abbineremo 3 oli extravergini liguri a pane, focaccia e formaggio! Con los dos capitanes Steeven y Christian dejaremos el puerto deportivo de Riomaggiore para ir al siguiente pueblo Manarola y continuar (quedándonos en cada pueblo desde el mar, para tomar muchas fotos hermosas, todo esto siempre cerca de la costa), continuaremos hacia Corniglia, el único pueblo que está a 100 metros sobre el nivel del mar, haremos una parada para nadar con el pescado y snorkel, a bordo te ofreceremos prosecco, coca-cola o agua y aperitivos como el focaccia ligero, llegaremos a Vernazza uno de los pueblos más populares por los turistas, y finalmente iremos hacia Monterosso, el pueblo más grande, y admiraremos Monterosso desde el mar, siempre volveremos a la costa para admirar el sol que se pone y volveremos tranquilamente.

Do you like Pesto? This is the right class for you to learn how to make it from scratch by mortar ad pestle, according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother. My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with glass of prosecco and when Pesto will be ready you can taste it with a plate of testaroli (a traditional kind of pasta that looks like a thick crepe) which with its taste will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen. Between pleasant chats you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden. This experience is recommended for 2 or more people. NOTE: Genovese pesto is NOT vegan and NOT suitable for people with nut intolerance or severe gluten intolerance (we can use an alternative packed gluten-free crackers or similar but cross-contamination is inevitable).

Our daytime tour starts from Riomaggiore, which is the southernmost village in the Cinque Terre. We slowly make our way up the coast to Monterosso. We will stop in front of every village to snap photos from the boat. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit and towel because we'll be stopping for a swim during the tour (for those who choose to). After we have arrived in Monterosso, we'll head offshore so you can see the entire Cinque Terre coast and this beautiful perspective as we head back to Riomaggiore. With a maximum of 11 guests, our tours are intimate. Please note we do not offer food or drink on our day tours, but feel free to bring your own! Your captains are either Yuri or Beppe, both born and raised captains in the Cinque Terre. Get ready to have a great time and good laugh.

The experience starts with a 15/20 minute tour of our cellar in the hills of Lucca. Guests will be guided through the production stages and explained the procedure of our wine preparation. Depending on the time of year, you may even see our creation process in action! Afterwards, the real fun begins:D Guests will be accommodated on the terrace where they can taste our wines and olive oil (all included in the cost of the experience). Throughout your tasting, we will explain the organoleptic characteristics of the various wines and answer any questions you may have. The duration of the entire experience is around 1.5 hours. The tour start from the little dock of Manarola, at the same dock from where the ferries to Cinque Terre depart aboard an 8-meter open boat. It runs along the 5 villages from Manarola towards Monterosso. Arriving at Guvano beach, behind Corniglia, we stop for the first swim break; with snorkeling equipment you can admire the clear waters and the local fish. It starts again with a panoramic view of the coast and all the various types of sedimentary rocks, explanations on the paths and the type of wine produced, another swim stop after the view of the seaside village of Vernazza to then reach the last of the 5 lands, Monterosso. After the view of the village and the beaches, the route is reversed to return to Riomaggiore, another swim stop one mile from the coast, drinking good prosecco, waiting for the sunset to then return to Manarola

Tutti i sabato e domenica appuntamento alle 10,50 presso la statua di Piazza San Michele. Una volta formato il gruppo la guida inizierà a raccontare storie, leggende e meraviglie di Lucca conducendovi per il centro storico per conoscere i segreti della città nascosti in edifici, chiese, negozi.. L'itinerario termina al Duomo (ingresso incluso) che racchiude i tesori di Lucca. A 25 kms bike ride including a wine tasting in a local farm, discovering the Piana di Lucca and the rural areas that surround it, rich in olive groves and vineyards, where some of the best olive oils and wines of Tuscany are produced. Starting from the city center, you will find yourself immersed in the quiet of Lucca’s countryside in the blink of an eye, riding up to the foot of the most evocative hills of the area, where you will visit a local farm that will offer a generous wine tasting and a snack based on typical products of Lucca. The ride will take place along secondary roads, mainly flat and away from traffic on our e-bikes

Aprende a hacer pasta casera de forma fácil y exitosa. Nos encontraremos en Florencia en nuestra escuela de cocina ubicada en el centro histórico, de fácil acceso, a 5 minutos del río Arno. Somos un equipo de chefs profesionales, estamos encantados de conocerte y dejar que pases un buen rato con nosotros para una clase divertida y única. Te enseñaremos los secretos a hacer RAVIOLIS, FETTUCCINE o ESPAGUETIS y TORTELLI en diferentes condiciones. Te proporcionaremos las herramientas útiles para la preparación: bata de cocina, alfiler enrollable y cortador de pasta, huevos y harina. Después de la preparación, te mostraremos todos los pasos necesarios para la preparación de salsas como "Pommarola" y "Ragù alla bolognese". Al final pondremos la mesa y comeremos todos juntos la pasta que has hecho, con 3 salsas diferentes, como una verdadera familia italiana. Seremos unos 12 participantes, la experiencia dura unas 3 horas. También será una oportunidad para socializar con otros viajeros y con tu anfitrión en un ambiente italiano. We will spend the first part of the tour in the Carrara mountains, taking a few stops in front of different marble quarries, where you’ll learn everything about the history and methods of the excavation processes and understand how the experts transform a rock into a beautiful artwork or piece of furniture, later we will visit the nearby Colonnata, home of the quarry men for over 2000 years, where you'll have the chance to taste the unique lardo, a special type of cold cut aged in a marble basin.

Do you like Pesto? This is the right class for you to learn how to make it from scratch by mortar ad pestle, according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother. My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with glass of prosecco and when Pesto will be ready you can taste it with a plate of testaroli (a traditional kind of pasta that looks like a thick crepe) which with its taste will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen. Between pleasant chats you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden. This experience is recommended for 2 or more people. NOTE: Genovese pesto is NOT vegan and NOT suitable for people with nut intolerance or severe gluten intolerance (we can use an alternative packed gluten-free crackers or similar but cross-contamination is inevitable).
