The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

Erick was a great host and very responsive. The apartment is clean and has great amenities. The staff at the apartment complex are not always the most helpful, but overall it was a great stay.

I would highly recommend staying at this Airbnb and hope to stay again when we go back to DC. Everything was as listed and beyond. The area was super safe and pleasant. The rental was cute and clean. Zach was always swift in his responses to any questions we had. It is clear he really thought through everything such as even having power banks in the bedroom to recharge all devices you brought. Overall just a great stay, I’d definitely recommend!

Terese was very responsive with any questions that we had. The place was a perfect weekend stay for 2 people. About 30 minutes from Washington DC so I would recommend if you are trying to stay a little bit outside the city. Worth the stay and would come back.

Perfect home base for your adventures in DC. Situated 7min walk from redline gives you access to the whole city by metro. Street parking is definitely doable and reliably available but parking anywhere else in the city is a nightmare. You don't need a car to explore DC from this base. We often walked home from the national mall, made multiple morning runs. The area is also central to may up and coming popular restaurants that Paul's printed guide will help you find. The place itself is beautiful and well appointed. My wife used the desk area to remote work perfectly. The living room is super spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious with good water pressure. THe kitchen is top notch. The bottle of wine was especially thoughtful and nice. Communication was wonderful. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Lovely home where we could spend the Easter weekend with family. Close to lots of amenities. Highly recommended

We were in town for a wedding, the house was very nice and clean. Our only issue was we wish there was at least 1 more TV somewhere in the house. There is only 1 provided down in the basement and we had to use that room as a bedroom so no one else was able to watch tv. Other than that we enjoyed everything!

The house has been recently updated and it shows! It was spacious, bright and clean with a great view and access to the water. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom tiles were gorgeous! We were in town for a wedding and only stayed two nights, so we didn’t get to enjoy the full potential of this rental but I would gladly return and stay longer!

This is a really great location for a couple or family looking for good times on the town. So many great party and restaurant spots within 2 mins walk. But it’s somehow residential where the house is. House is perfectly set up for transit. The back parking was very convenient. Do pay attention to the owners advice about parking issues generally in the city. We had no real issues. We felt like the owner would be able to help us with almost anything, but I don’t think we really saw them ever. So that’s a cool trick too. I have no problem recommending this spot.

Vadim’s place was great. Host was very responsive. Instructions were clear. Place was easy to find, and checkin was easy. It was also clean and comfortable. We had a great time. Would definitely stay at again.

We were a family of 4 and we had a great stay. The apartment is well organized and you’ll find anything you need inside. The neighborhood is really calm and you have amenities around. We highly recommend.

A great sunset view from the balcony, such a nice quiet river/bay beach, peaceful community to walk around. Would stay in again! Would note there’s 1 flight of stairs up as it’s a 2nd floor condo of sorts; and a big hill/stairs down to the beach. However, also a parking lot if needed to drive to the beach. Beach chairs were nice to have. There was no cooking oil but I think we left some :) I would only ask they replace the dining room chair with the hole in the seat. The pool was closed and that was not expected! Adam was very responsive when we messaged.
