We loved staying here! It was perfect for our group. Very well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. It was also in a great location for getting around town. It was about 20 min from the Renaissance Faire and 10 from very good restaurants and grocery stores. A great backyard and communal space too.

The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Alles war ordentlich, sauber und wie auf den Fotos zu erwarten. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und wir hatten ein sicheres Gefühl. Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden und der Check-In einfach erklärt, die Kommunikation mit Justin lief immer super und ohne Probleme. Die Unterkunft war nett eingerichtet und wir hatten das Gefühl willkommen gewesen zu sein!

Rosie is such a forthcoming host and always prompt to respond. The house is wonderful, bright, clean, spacious, and looks better than in photos. If you’re looking for a cozy home in a safe neighborhood and not too far from downtown, look no further!

Ashton’s place is a real gem. It’s spacious, warm & inviting. We loved the Old Los Angeles Spanish architecture, the many comfortable rooms for sitting and looking out at the Los Feliz neighborhood skyline, and the uncluttered choice of decor. We thought the decor had a great attention to detail, making an already spacious home feel even bigger. We were just a group of 3, but we could imagine that even bigger groups would have lots of different areas to hang out in. Our daughter spent most of the 7 days in the pool, surrounded by lush tropical palms, hibiscus, and views of the nearby 1926 Shakespeare Bridge. The outdoor dining area & the fire pit seating areas were a nightly ritual for us. The bedrooms were huge, with very comfortable beds, and the 2 upstairs ones had balconies. Bonus! This was a house we could have easily stayed at for a month! Ashton was a pleasure to communicate with, making our arrival flawless. He was friendly, prompt to reply, and helpful. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our weekend wedding needs. I had family from New Jersey, Arizona, Florida, and California. Having the three separate houses to have our own down time, but the ability to congregate and enjoy each others company was everything and more. Cheryl was more than accommodating and super friendly too! Thank you for sharing your home with us and allowing us to make the memories that last a lifetime!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the colleges. Extremely well equipped, clean and pleasant. Great space for a group with a nice yard. Recommend and will stay again!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

My family of 4 had an excellent week renting Yen & Maria’s cabin! Cute, cozy, and had everything we needed! Close to lake/town but far enough away for peace and privacy! If you’re a Paraglider like myself, the launch is 50ft away from backyard. Location, location, location! Thank you! We hope to be back! 🪂

We had a great time at Sadies place. We brought the grandkids up for the weekend and the kids had a great time . Everything is well thought of here very kid oriented , had pack n play , high chair , toys and books too. Also had pet supplies for your pets too. I didn't bring my pet , but i will next time. Cabin has Everything you need . Jacuzzi was nice and hot, we even roasted smores on the firepit . Definitely coming back and Definitely recommend. Sadie had great communication and let us check in early and out late .

Loved our stay! Lisa was very accommodating and the home was even more charming in person. Jacuzzi was so relaxing especially with the beautiful surrounding scenery. Appreciated the fully stocked coffee bar!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for a weekend! The view from the patio was so pretty, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Beds, couches, and outdoor furniture were clean, and we really appreciated the Keurig cups for coffee in the mornings :) Our two young kids had a wonderful time as well. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and would definitely stay here again!
