We love staying at the Brownie. It’s a great home for any active family that appreciates a quiet surrounding. Great home and so close to SR. It can’t be beat.

The home itself was excellent. Our only complaint was the distance to town and Saddleback.

Had a great time staying here! There was so much space, everything was very comfy, loved the pool + ping pong + hot tub. The road getting up to the place is unpaved so we were concerned our 2WD car couldn’t make it up, but by the time we got back from skiing, the road had been plowed and sanded. The two minor downsides during my stay were the water (shower + sinks) occasionally smelled strongly of sulfur (?) but it wasn’t a big deal because the fridge had a filtered water dispenser. Also there is a requirement to not wear shoes in the house but the floors were dirty. No visible dirt but the floors definitely were not mopped. Very responsive host so I imagine if I complained about it something would have been done but it wasn’t actually a real issue.

We were grateful to be able to stay with Donna at her camp and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The house is cozy and was great for 3 people, and the firepit and lake view are hard to beat! Thank you for sharing your space!

Great home for our large family gathering. Great location near Sunday River skiing, Downtown and snowmobile trails right outside the door. We had a great time and will be back.

This was the 2nd time staying at David's place and we had an amazing time. The house feels huge even with 7 people. The place is very clean for being pet friendly. The backyard is perfect for our dog and great to have a fire. There is a guest book with suggestions and you can tell David and his co host really listen and implement all the feedback. We always hate leaving even our dog stood by the front door protesting to go home she loved it so much. I would highly recommend.

We recently stayed at Maison Aldrich and absolutely loved it! The place was cosy, romantic, and spotless — you could tell Bruno and Valerie really care about every little detail. They were super helpful and made us feel right at home. We slept like babies — the bed was incredibly comfortable! The only thing to note is that there’s no shower, which would’ve been a nice option, but honestly, the beautiful bath more than made up for it. It was such a peaceful and unique experience to soak and unwind. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a charming and relaxing getaway!

This place was more spacious than the photos made it look, had a well-appointed kitchen, cozy propane fireplace, and very comfortable beds. It's a 5 minute drive from the slopes -- I recommend it for anyone looking to spend a few days skiing Sunday River.

We loved our 3 night stay at this cozy condo on Burke Mountain! We enjoyed the easy access to the slopes, the wood burning stove, and a few awesome area restaurants recommended by Meredith! We hope to be visit again soon!

Agréablement surpris par ce très bel appartement qui est nettement plus grand que sur les photos, en plus d'être bien équipé et très bien situé ! Et coup de coeur pour la salle de bain rénovée ! Merci Frédéric, nous avons passé un court mais excellent séjour !

Great place for a last minute ski trip at Sunday River. Everything was exactly as described. Space seemed recently renovated and has a great kitchen!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful old farmhouse renovated but kept traditional. We made ourselves a cheese fondue in the very well equipped central kitchen , sat on the comfy couch looking out at the orchard thinking about all of the years of family and farm workers that must have gone through this place. When we were ready for bed, the view from our bedroom looked out over the cut corn fields where the whitetail deer were feeding . A very magical stay in a lovely corner of the world!

Endroit confortable et calme près de Compton! Belle maison qui a conservé tout son charme et tout près de bandes cyclables ! Chambre spacieuse, très propre et lit confortable! J'y reviendrais sans hésiter! On vous recommande cette place.
